Skill in the Blend

PELLINI uses a qualified team of experts who select the very best Arabica and Robusta coffee cultivations directly at the place of origin. Indeed, the microclimate and characteristics of the soil in which it grows mean that each origin releases very unique aromas during a slow, calibrated, scrupulously monitored roasting process. Our team of qualified tasters masterfully blends these different origins to create a unique taste symphony: for each product, PELLINI chooses the very best combinations to convey all the poetry of an authentic, freshly-roasted Espresso coffee to the consumer.

Sustainability

PELLINI has chosen to eliminate plastic from all its production lines, replacing it with low-impact compostable materials of plant origin, such as paper produced from certified renewable forests or recyclable materials, like aluminium.
It is an industrial bioethical project that has been a hallmark of PELLINI since the very beginning and which today culminates in the range of Self-Protected Compostable Capsules.
